These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on hedenstedgolf.dk for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Ordering and payment
Hedenstedgolf.dk is online 24 hours a day, and you can therefore almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop at Hedenstedgolf.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase. You select the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping basket”. You can correct the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of ordering, and you can regularly check the contents as well as the price of the goods. All prices on hedenstedgolf.dk include VAT.
When you are ready to order, click on “Basket”, where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and select delivery method. You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the “Continue to payment” button. Then your order goes on to Hedensted Golf Club. The amount of the goods will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped. In connection with partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is deducted. For electronic services and booking, delivery takes place immediately.
At hedenstedgolf.dk you can pay online with Dankort, credit card or MobilePay. We do not charge card fees and the amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.
You can also pay by bank transfer, but be aware that you are not protected by the objection scheme here.
We generally ship stock items within 24 hours after we receive your order, and 4-6 business days for ordered items or backordered items. Our stock status is displayed online on the page. If there is something we do not have in stock, you will receive an automatic message about this immediately after ordering, and subsequently when we have processed your order a feedback with expected delivery time. You are of course always welcome to contact us and inquire before ordering.
We send all our packages with GLS, where you can choose to have them delivered to the nearest parcel shop, your company address, or directly to your own address. Whichever delivery method you choose, you will receive information about track & trace on the package, so you can follow the delivery. We recommend that you choose a parcel shop, as in our experience this is the fastest and most stable form of delivery.

The best choice for most people – we send with GLS to the nearest Pakkeshop free of charge.
GLS with delivery to company address
If you do not have the opportunity to pick up in a parcel shop, you can have it delivered to your workplace or other company address. This type of shipment requires that there is always someone to receive the package during normal opening hours. The price is 69, – DKK incl. VAT – regardless of weight.
GLS with delivery to the private address
If you want the package sent to your private address, you must select this. We do not charge any handling fee, but solely ours real costs. The price is 89, – DKK incl. VAT – regardless of weight.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements can not be canceled: Bookings canceled after the deadline (no later than 24 hours before)
The condition of the item when you send it back
The condition of the item depends on when the package is returned.
0.-14. day: If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
15.-30. day: The item must be returned in the same condition and quantity, or denied cancellation.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret it.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Contact us for return label. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you. The personal information is registered with Hedensted Golf Klub and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. The data manager at Hedensted Golf Club is Claus Trier.
You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
