We are of the opinion that the protection of your private data is a top priority. Therefore, we take it for granted to comply with the strictest legal provisions on data protection. We firmly believe that data protection starts with transparency. Therefore, it is our business that you always know what personal data we store, how we use it and also how you can restrict or prevent the use of your data.

1. What is personal data?
Personal data is all kinds of information about personal and factual matters concerning a particular or determinable person. This includes information and information such as your (real) name, your address or other postal address as well as your e-mail address and your telephone number. Information that does not allow you to establish your identity falls into this category. With our newsletter we inform you about news and offers. If you wish to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are in fact the holder of the specified e-mail address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. This data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties.


If you have signed up for the newsletter from Hedensted Golf Klub, your creation data will be used to send you the newsletter. Your information will not be passed on to third parties. Excluded from this are exclusively partner companies, which are responsible for the technical running of the shipping process. In these cases, the scope of the data transmitted is limited to an absolute minimum. Our personal data policy is in accordance with the Personal Data and Marketing Act.


When you sign up for the newsletter, we store your IP address and the date of registration. This information only serves as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an email address and signs up for the newsletter without the rightful owner being aware of it. You can at any time revoke your permission for us to store your data and your e-mail address, as well as the use of the latter to send you the newsletter. You can revoke your permission via a link in the newsletter itself, in your profile area or by message to the contact options listed in point 9,


5. Use of cookies
Cookies are text files that contain information that allows us to identify returning users. This only as long as they visit our internet sites. Cookies are stored on your computer’s hard drive. They do no damage to the hard drive. The cookies used on our website do not contain any personal information about you.

6. Purchase of goods
If you buy goods from us, we store the general personal information you provide at the time of purchase. The information is stored for five years in accordance with the Accounting Act. This information is used for documentation purposes only and is not passed on to third parties.  Excluded from this are exclusively partner companies, which are responsible for the technical settlement of the shipping process, as well as payment via the website. 7. Data collection through the use of Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”. You can find more information directly at Google 

According to the data protection guidelines and according to information provided by Google, these are text files which are stored on your computer and thereby make it possible to analyze your use of a given website. For example, information about your operating system, your browser, your IP address, the website you just visited (referrer URL) and the date and time of your visit to our website. The information about the use of our website collected by this text file is then transmitted and stored on a Google server in the USA. In this case, no personal user data is stored, only the IP address. 8. Collection and storage of user data
To optimize our website, we collect and store various data, e.g. date and time of the visit to our website, which website led you to our website and the like.
