At Hedensted Golf Klub, we take data protection seriously, and with this personal data policy we want to give you information about what data we have to collect, how we use it, and how you can correct or change the collected data yourself.
We are of the opinion that the protection of your private data is a top priority. Therefore, we take it for granted to comply with the strictest legal provisions on data protection. We firmly believe that data protection starts with transparency. Therefore, it is our business that you always know what personal data we store, how we use it and also how you can restrict or prevent the use of your data.
1. What is personal data?
Personal data is all kinds of information about personal and factual matters concerning a particular or determinable person. This includes information and information such as your (real) name, your address or other postal address as well as your e-mail address and your telephone number. Information that does not allow you to establish your identity falls into this category. 4. Newsletter
With our newsletter we inform you about news and offers. This data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties.
If you have signed up for the newsletter from Hedensted Golf Klub, your creation data will be used to send you the newsletter. Your information will not be passed on to third parties. Excluded from this are exclusively partner companies, which are responsible for the technical running of the shipping process. In these cases, the scope of the data transmitted is limited to an absolute minimum. Our personal data policy is in accordance with the Personal Data and Marketing Act.
When you sign up for the newsletter, we store your IP address and the date of registration. This information only serves as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an email address and signs up for the newsletter without the rightful owner being aware of it. You can at any time revoke your permission for us to store your data and your e-mail address, as well as the use of the latter to send you the newsletter. 5. Use of cookies

7. Data collection through the use of Google Analytics
